All Other Cookware
Stainless steel, non-stick, bakeware & utensils
Covered against manufacturing defects for the applicable warranty period from the date of purchase.
What's Covered
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, for the applicable warranty period, when the product has been used and cared for as instructed.
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear, patina and discolouration
- Damage from misuse, overheating, dishwashers or abrasives
- Products purchased from unauthorised sellers
- Accidental damage and cosmetic marks from use

We may ask for photos of the product and the defect so we can assess your claim quickly.

Our team reviews the claim to confirm the defect is covered under the guarantee.

If covered, we'll repair or replace the product, or refund it where replacement isn't possible.
